Dipl.-Kfm. Malte von Trotha

Malte von Trotha was born in 1965 in Germany and after a banking apprenticeship studied economics and social sciences in Bochum and Augsburg. From 1993 to 2000, he held various management positions in the German “Unilever” group. At the beginning of 2001, Malt von Trotha came to “Verlagsgruppe Milchstraße” in Hamburg as head of corporate development and from November 2001, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2005, he changed as managing director to the “German Press Agency (dpa)” and from 2006 held the position of the president of the executive board. Since 1 December 2011, von Tortha has been a member of the board of the "Styria Media Group AG”. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) he is responsible for all classical finance departments, the administrative department for legal affairs as well as for facility management. Malte von Trotha is married and father of four children.
